We first got onto Marilyn by way of a business card and note pad drop to my parents' house. When it came time to sell their property for them Marilyn was only too happy to work in with us, she came prepared with relevant information to show us which was consistent with my research. The house sold in a few weeks and to a buyer that we would have chosen for at a price that was fair to both parties. Marilyn also kept in touch and updated from start to finish, we could not have expected much more from an agent.
